The Three Gunas—Tamas, Rajas, and Sattva—are ancient principles from Vedic philosophy that reside within each of us, shaping our thoughts, emotions, and actions.

Tamas brings heaviness, Rajas fuels restlessness, and Sattva creates peace and clarity.​ Understanding these energies is the key to releasing emotional blocks, calming your mind, and finding true balance in life.
